Bill Rookes joins Compre

 Compre Broker Services has appointed Bill Rookes as a director. Based in London, Compre Broker Services focuses on broker replacement services, commutations, reinsurance debt recovery and debt purchase. It will target brokers, MGAs, Lloyd’s, (re)insurers, risk carriers, law firms and other market practitioners. Rookes was previously with RFML, part of the R&Q Group.
‘We are delighted to welcome Bill on board,’ says John Halls, MD of Compre Services (UK) and director of Compre Broker Services. ‘Bill has a wealth of knowledge and experience to bring to our company and will lead us through the exciting development and expansion of CBS over the coming year. Bill is a well known and respected figure in the London reinsurance market and has a distinguished reputation internationally and so I am very much looking forward to the contribution he will make to our company.’
