Run Off & Restructuring is a quarterly magazine, launched originally in 2002 under the title of Run Off Business. The magazine covers a whole range of issues of interest to professionals in the discontinued business sector, including run-off managers, claims and reinsurance recovery specialists, lawyers, accountants, insolvency practitioners, consultants and IT specialists.

Run Off & Restructuring is the only magazine dedicated exclusively to the insurance run-off sector. Each issue contains news and features written by respected insurance journalists and run-off industry practitioners. Topics regularly covered include exit strategies, management techniques, legal matters and regulatory issues.

Run Off & Restructuring also regularly publishes supplements covering key issues such as commutations, asbestos, the Lloyd’s run-off market, collections and recoveries, schemes of arrangement, Part VII transfers, broker replacement, buying and selling run-offs and audits & inspections.

Every December the magazine publishes its annual Yearbook & Directory of Run-off Service Providers that provides a comprehensive guide to the businesses active in the industry.
